1. Disconnect the Power Supply
1.1 Ensure the Machine is Powered Off
- Before opening the machine, make sure it is disconnected from the power supply.
2. Check the Containers
2.1 Inventory and Refilling
- Open the machine with the appropriate key and check the containers for powdered milk, cocoa, and coffee.
- Refill as necessary.
3. Inspect Hoses and Connections
3.1 Position and Cleanliness
- Ensure all hoses and connections are in place and that there are no parts clogged with dry substances.
- Clean as needed.
4. Close and Lock the Machine Cover
4.1 Locking
- Close and lock the cover to secure the machine.
5. Clean the Drip Tray
5.1 Cleaning and Drying
- Remove the drip tray, wash it thoroughly in the sink, and dry it completely.
- Pay special attention to the terminals in the back left corner of the tray.
- Return the drip tray after cleaning the tray bed and the space under the machine, especially where the tray terminals contact the machine.
6. Power On
6.1 Regular Maintenance
- Turn on the power supply and clean the machine regularly during operation.
- If there is any suspicion of a malfunction, immediately contact the shift bartender or shift manager.
